SALARY: £65,000 per annum + Pension + Bonus


Project Practice is excited to announce an opportunity for a Regulatory Assurance Specialist to join a thriving new bank where you will work with senior management to provide the first line of defence across all the areas of the bank.


  • Develop and implement first line monitoring
  • Develop and implement compliance for the entire
  • Help manage the regulatory change and new product development by his / her expertise and support from the FCA and PRA
  • Ongoing reviews of MI and highlight areas that would require further
  • Conducting periodic reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy and
  • Continuous monitoring of compliance and regulations within the business from inception to completion and sign
  • Maintain and develop knowledge across the Bank’s regulatory landscape and the bank’s policies and
  • Ensure that the business is compliant with the regulatory
  • Work with different business units to update policies and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements
  • To ensure that the business abides by all financial crime related policies, procedures and reporting obligations

Desired Experience:

  • Solid experience in Risk and Compliance within Retail Banking. Experience in Lending would be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of the FCA and PRA Handbooks
  • Knowledge of best regulatory practices in the industry
  • Ability to successfully engage and challenge stakeholders across levels
  • Good time management skills
