About the role
Conducting internal regulation audits and provide regulatory support and advice, ensuring regulatory compliance in elderly care homes across Scotland
Providing the Executive Team and Senior Management Team with corporate assurance about the regulatory and legislative compliance through annual internal regulation audits and associated audit reports.
Advising and supporting the management teams at service, regional and divisional levels on regulatory matters; developing policies and best practice guidance.
The role offers a £50k salary + car + 12% pension + 30% corporate bonus, as well as unparalleled development opportunities with a Times Top 100 Company to work for.
* Previous regulatory or audit experience within a regulator of health/social care service providers, ideally experience of managing a regulated care service.
* Expert knowledge of the Scottish Care Inspectorate regulatory framework.
* Based in Scotland, most travel will be in Scotland and occasionally to other parts of UK.
* Have a collaborative working style to liaise closely with home managers, operations directors and regulatory bodies.
