CU Coventry (CUC) is looking for an innovative and experienced Registry manager to lead the CUC Registry and Admissions team through the entire student life cycle from application to graduation.
Reporting to the Registrar and taking supervisory responsibility for a registry administration team, the post holder will ensure an effective and efficient student administration function is in place at CU Coventry.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the student life cycle, from first contact to graduation, underpin an excellent student experience overall. You will ensure all registry functions and processes adhere to the academic and general regulations and are delivered effectively. You will regularly review systems in context and be proactive in proposing improvements to the wider CU group via the Registrar.
This is a demanding, fast paced and hands-on role that requires an enthusiastic and innovative individual with outstanding administrative and customer service skills. You must be able to think on your feet, work independently but also as part of a team and have a 'hands on’ attitude.
You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week.
