We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full time Registered Manager to join our clients' team in Greenwich, Greater London.
In this role you will motivate and inspire your team to provide outstanding support through effective training, coaching and leadership by example. Acting as a role model and leader in the delivery of active support you will empower the people we support to have active and fulfilling lives aligned with their needs and aspirations.
Working collaboratively with the other members of the Service Leadership Team you will help to oversee and manage the smooth running of this service including rostering, support plans, staff deployment and managing budgets.
Our services operate 24/7, 365 days a year and shift patterns will include early mornings, late evenings, waking nights and sleep-ins and you must be flexible to cover the rota at the service.
Our client is a registered residential service providing support to adults with multiple learning disabilities and complex care and support needs.
What knowledge and experience should you have?
An experienced social care professional, you will have a strong understanding of best practice in delivering support to people with different needs and a passion for doing so. You will have experience managing residential or supported living services including appraisals, coaching, performance management, managing budgets and financial information, as well as ensuring an inclusive working environment.
You will ideally have excellent communication and people management skills and have knowledge and a good understanding of current CQC regulations and compliance within the new framework with a proven track record of quality assurance and service improvement. You will also ideally have knowledge and experience in working with the Local Authority and residents’ families and friends.

You will ideally hold a Level 4 diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), alongside a passion of Person-Centred Active Support.
