Spectrum Community Health CIC is a community owned, award winning health provider. Our recent success at achieving four new contracts demonstrates our policy of innovation and continuous improvement, and is testimony to our committed and talented teams. As a Social Enterprise our profits are reinvested into our staff and services, and we benefit from being independent, large enough to provide a level of security, yet small enough to be able to make things happen.

Our multi-disciplinary teams provide healthcare services to some of the most vulnerable people in our society, from diverse backgrounds, who present a full range of general, mental health and recovery concerns.

We currently have a Registered Nurse posts available at HMP Lancaster Farms, which is a category C Resettlement prison providing healthcare over 7

days a week, to adult males.

and to provide and evaluate a range of health interventions to meet prisoner health and social care needs. The post holder will be required to work

flexibly across the service to provide responsive, evidence based interventions working alongside Physical, Substance Misuse and Mental Health clinical

teams.

You will demonstrate knowledge, skills and understanding of health issues and treatment options to provide primary care within the prison preventing
