I am looking for Nurses who possess a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Location: Surrey - within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum / £12.30 - £15.38 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week. (negotiable depending on experience

Bonus: Annual bonus provided.

Hours: Full Time - 37.5 & Part Time Available upon Request.

Contract Type: Permanent

Further Details about the role: I am looking to recruit several Qualified Nurses to work within a Stroke Unit in a Private Hospital located in Surrey. This department is a 28-bed dedicated to caring for patients who have suffered from a stroke. As a Nurse within this unit you will be required to provide support to the Manager and will also include assessment of the patient's needs, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care with minimal supervision. There will be opportunities to work across hyper-acute and step-down areas to develop expertise in all aspects of stroke care. Other duties will include providing nursing care and monitoring to the patient post administration, facilitating the pathway for patients potentially requiring thrombolysis, providing reassurance and emotional support to patients and their families. You will be responsible and accountable for their own practice within the clinical area and for delivering a quality service always and will be expected to participate in implementing and evaluating change using current research, audit and experience. There will also be the ability to undertake delegated responsibility for senior staff during short periods of absence.

Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this Registered Nurse opportunity to be in possession with a current NMC Registration without restrictions. The successful candidate can be newly qualified or have experience but a true passion to deliver high quality patient care. You must enjoy working as part of a highly motivated team that constantly strives for excellence and have evidence of personal professional development. Obtain Sound written & verbal communication skills. Have proven ability to work in a team environment and independently. As a nurse we require you to have flexibility & adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
