Registered Nurse ( RGN RMN RNLD)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £28,500 - £32,000 + Additional Benefits
Contract: 37.5 hours Permanent, Although Flexible Shift Patterns Are Available
Further Details: A fantastic opportunity has recently opened up in a prestigious complex care facility in Birmingham for a registered nurse. This is a brilliant chance for a driven, passionate individual to join a nurse-lead team who are looking to expand. You will be given resources to develop your career forward and to take positive steps in promotion to the next seniority - if you are a registered nurse who is looking for a step into senior nurse or unit lead capacity, this is one of the best current opportunities to do just that.
Day one in your new position will be an outline of things to expect - you will be placed on a comprehensive induction package including 7 days in a separate environment, giving you the chance to start the next stages of your career in a safe environment at your own pace. This will set up just how planned and organised your future will be - if you feel unstructured in your current role, this will be a welcome change. As a registered nurse, you will be acting as named nurse for this shift, meaning you will be responsible for enabling and promoting independence for the service users, through respect and choice empowerment. You will be assessing, planning and implementing specialist strategies to meet individual needs, which will include long and short term care planning, and medication management where suitable.
Starting on Day 1 you will receive an outstanding 7 day induction, outside of the facility environment. You will be brought up to date on procedures and policies within the organisation in a safe environment, before starting shadow shifts. Other benefits include
- Employment package accounts with RCNi (to assist with re-validation),
- Numerous training "train the trainer" courses,
- Perkz - Market-leading Offers and discounts on High street and online retailers.
