- Location: Clapham, London

- Salary: £28,600 - £35,300 per annum based on 42-hour contract - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities

- Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available

- Shifts: Day Shifts or Night Shifts available

- Contract type: Permanent

*Salary Equivalent to NHS Band 5 & 6*

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a very reputable Care Home located in Clapham, London. The home offers Dementia, Parkinson's, Residential and Respite care. The Care Home enjoys an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Staff morale is very high.

The home is able to accommodate newly qualified nurses and offers a fantastic preceptorship programme.

Situated in a quiet, residential area of south London, The home is a purpose-built home comprising three separate houses. Each specialises in a different type of care including palliative care, nursing dementia and care for the frail elderly. The houses all have communal lounges and dining rooms and the ground floor houses have patio doors that lead out onto the gardens.

The home has recently had a full refurbishment, the manager is place is very supportive and accommodating to shifts.

What you'll be doing:

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
