Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship (formerly a Work Permit)
Applications from job seekers who are already in the UK and require Tier 2 sponsorship to work in the UK are welcome and will be considered alongside all other applications. However, non-EEA candidates may not be appointed to a post if a suitably qualified, experienced and skilled EU/EEA candidate is available to take up the post as MHA will be unlikely, in these circumstances, to satisfy the Resident Labour Market Test. The UK Border Agency requires employers to complete this test to show that no suitably qualified EEA or EU worker can fill the post. For further information please visit UK Border Agency website.
Foxton Grange lies to the north east of Leicester city centre. It is a purpose-built home and is all on one level and it offers nursing dementia care for 36 people.
The home is constructed in a figure of eight configuration. This not only provides a lot of walking space but also has created two internal courtyards, creating outside areas that are safe for residents to enjoy. Each of the single rooms has an en suite bathroom.
The home specialises in working with individuals living with dementia. Staff strive to support older people to live meaningful lives. They work hard to ensure that each resident has the right balance of privacy and company.
Foxton is committed to providing alternative therapies such as music therapy to residents, while our Chaplain offers pastoral support to all, whatever their beliefs.
