The ability to solve day to day problems pro-actively in the best interest of the residents is essential.
You will have a sound knowledge base of quality assurance, the ability to identify and liaise with members of the multi-disciplinary health teams, to maximise opportunities for our residents following evaluation of care plans, or when changes occur for individuals, and be able to assist staff to develop in their role through inductions, supervision and appraisal.
Experience of clinical decision making and evidence of clinical skills competencies must be clearly demonstrated on application.
