Salary: £27000 + Additional Benefits (£14.49 per hour / Depending on hours) Guaranteed Annual Pay Increases.

Further Details: A 20 bedded Complex Care facility near leeds is currently looking for a registered general nurse, learning disability nurse or mental health nurse with passion for caring for individuals with complex mental health needs, including Huntington's Disease, Neurological Disorders and associated Challenging Behaviours. This 20 bedded facility is welcoming and supportive, and has a very "Family" atmosphere within the team, and everyone is looking to help each other succeed, whether that be newly qualified nurses just joining, or experienced nurses looking to step up.
As a registered nurse on shift, you will have responsibility for the team, including nursing and supporting members of staff. We are looking for an individual to lead by example, while delivering hands on clinical care and providing a holistic approach the service user's needs. It is important that the right person will be as approachable as they are knowledgeable.
Starting on Day 1 you will receive an outstanding 7 day induction, outside of the facility environment. You will be brought up to date on procedures and policies within the organisation in a safe environment, before starting shadow shifts. You will have 25 day's annual leave, on top of bank holidays (33 days in total), and contribution Pension scheme, Life assurance and private health cover. Other benefits include:

Person Specification: We are seeking Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN), Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) with an ACTIVE, CLEAR NMC PIN. You must have a positive work ethos, and want to make a realistic, visible change in the lives of the service users.
