As part of one of the UK’s largest independent providers of mental health care, Cygnet Hospital Coventry is a brand new 56 Bedded locked Service for Women; this will undoubtedly be an exciting place to develop your career. In partnership with Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, we’ll be offering specialist inpatient services for women across three wards, with step down facilities also forming part of the care pathway.

Ariel Ward is Cygnet Hospital Coventry’s specialist inpatient personality disorder service. It provides a service for women aged over 18 and offers a range of therapeutic activities and interventions. The primary therapeutic model with regards to psychological treatment is a comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) programme.

We are looking for an experienced nurse who readily faces the challenges of fast moving, pressured situations and delivers top quality care. Working on our female Personality Disorder ward ward you’ll provide a safe and secure environment for patients requiring emergency short term treatment. In return you’ll be given training and tailored professional development opportunities. You’ll also receive excellent staff benefits.
