Exciting new opportunities are opening up here at Cygnet Hospital Coventry. With a brand new 56-bed facility being built on the site of the Old St Mary’s hospital, we’re also building our clinical team from the ground up. In partnership with Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, we’ll be offering specialist inpatient services for women across three wards, with step down facilities also forming part of the care pathway.

We are looking for a highly skilled RMN to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team. You’ll be experienced in working with service users who have complex personality disorders and have knowledge of trauma informed care. A skilled leader, you’ll competently demonstrate the benefits of therapeutic interventions such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Schema Focussed Therapy. You’ll thrive in challenging
