White Knight Recruitment are working in partnership with a forward thinking provider of care and nursing homes across the UK.
This innovative provider has a requirement for a Home Manager for their 40+ bedded purpose built residential care home in the Preston area.
The Home Manager in Preston will oversee the running of the home and will ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements and lead and motivate a large existing staff team.
The Home Manager will need have experience of managing in large care homes with good change management and troubleshooting skills.
The home has been purpose built to meet the needs of the elderly and those with dementia.
The Home Manager will enjoy extensive support from senior management and will have the opportunity to develop the staff team to provide the very best standards of care.
The successful candidate will enjoy a healthy salary of up to £37k (Neg) + 25% Bonus scheme and generous annual leave 30+ bank holidays and a range of other benefits in line with a provider of this type.
