Your new company
Your new company are expanding and looking for a new and experienced Manager to open up a new office in Rochdale. Your new company started as a small family business in 2004 and today are proud to be one of the largest providers of home care services in the UK. Your new role
You will be the Registered Manager responsible for running of the new franchise business. to the highest standards, making sure that the elderly in your care receive the quality of care to maximise positive outcomes. You will be responsible for undertaking training and development to keep up to date with the law, best practise and changes in the company policy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience of managing a similar setting or have been at Deputy Manager level looking to step up to the Registered Manager post. You will have strong knowledge around Ofsted requirements and and will be level 4 or 5 Management qualified.
