Registered Manager

Are you wanting to work for a reputable organisation working to support adults to live an independent and fulfilling life?
We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead an adults service specialising in both Learning and Physical Disabilities. Working in a specially adapted property to meet the needs of the service users you will take the lead on all aspects of the leadership in the home. This is a full time, permanent post paying up to £30,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of Registered Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of 600 hours per week
• Promoting the businesses reputation by delivering quality, person centred services within budget and government requirements
• Playing an instrumental part in delivering flexible and individual support packages
• To ensure all services are working within CQC legislation at all times
• To manage all safeguarding concerns within the service
• To ensure all service users finances are managed and accounted for
• To set and achieve service goals inline with business development model
• To mentor and coach all direct reports
• Constructing monthly rotas and managing any outstanding bookings
• Play an instrumental role in recruitment and selection with support from inhouse recruitment team

Person Specification for Registered Manager:

• Diploma level 5 in Leadership and management is essential
• To have previously held a registration with CQC
• Experience of managing multisite
• Experience of managing a team of staff
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and liaison with local authority
• Full driving licence
