Domiciliary Registered manager job in Lydney, Full time position - £36k a year.

Your new role
Your new job is to work as the Registered manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the safe and effective running of the service and play a key part of growing the hours that they provide a week. As an experienced manager you will bring your previous experience to the table and lead the care team, ensuring they are happy and satisfied within their role whilst coaching and developing their progression.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked within a Registered manager job previously, ideally within a domiciliary or similar setting. Have a good understanding of OFSTED requirements and audits, hold a full driving licence and have an NVQ level 5 in Health and Social care or equivalent .
