Venn Group Social and Housing Recruitment Team are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager for our Supported Housing client based in Somerset to begin permanent employment within their expanding team

Duration: Permanent
Location: Somerset

Registered Manager:

  • Managing a large team of support staff
  • Ensuring the scheme is compliant with CQC legislation including one to ones, recruitment, rota management, appraisals and KPI tracking
  • To lead strategic reviews
  • Carrying out audits and managing financial budgets
  • Liaising with relevant external agencies and community services
  • Conduct risk assessments
  • Create and implement support plans
  • Liaise with staff regarding the monitoring and reporting of medication

Essential skills:

  • Having been CQC registered previously
  • Knowledge of Mental Health and Autism
  • Experience managing a large team of Support Staff
  • DBS within the last 12 months

Desirable skills:

  • Driver with your own vehicle
