Based - Holmewood, Chesterfield
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary £33 - £35k per annum
emh care and support provide a range of specialist housing, support, and registered care services to meet the needs of vulnerable people. The majority of our services are based in and around Chesterfield and Leicestershire. We employ over 600 people and are ambitious about growing the business across the whole of the East Midlands.
emh care and support is part of emh group, the largest housing provider in the East Midlands, which includes emh homes, Midlands Rural Housing and emh Sharpes gardening services.

Do you have?
A passion for ensuring that outstanding outcome focused care and support is delivered
Extensive experience of working with vulnerable people
Experience at Managerial level
Ambition to grow and develop our business
Ability to manage and lead a high performing team to achieve great results
Professional Qualification / Registered Manager Award or willing to work towards QCF 5
Budget management experience
Ability to cover a wide geographical area
