A leading national organisation that provides support to children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health problems, is seeking a Registered Manager.
Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
o Will lead and manage a staff team,
o Create a therapeutic, homely atmosphere to address the needs of young people with a range of complex needs
o Hold responsibility for the operational and financial control of the service.
o You will be involved in the pro-active and creative behaviour management planning,
o Recruiting, induction, and supervision of the staff team and on-call duty management.
Essentials of a Registered Manager
o Knowledge and understanding of the Children`s Homes Regulations
o 2 years` experience working with children and young people
