Clayton Nursing is currently assisting an established and prestigious medium sized Nursing Home recruit an experienced Registered Manager in Herefordshire.
As the newly appointed Registered Manager you will guide and lead the team with the service users best interest at the forefront of your mind.
As the Registered Manager you will benefit from a generous salary circa £60,000 and a supportive working environment.
The successful Registered Manager will be required to have experience in a similar role and will be RGN/ RMN pin checked with a genuine interest in working with the elderly.
Communication skills are essential, and as the Registered Manager you must also be able to demonstrate effective organisational skills in particular the management of a clinical team of HCAs and Nurses
Requirements of the Registered Manager
Experience in a Registered Manager setting
Qualified Nurse RGN/ RMN with a full active NMC pin registration
Experience of working in a general nursing home environment
An effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style, hands on management style and excellent organisational skills.
