Compass Associates are working in partnership with a leading provider of quality care services, whom of which operate across the UK, offering Residential and Supported Living services to young adults with varying levels of Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Autism and Mental Health needs. Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a medium sized residential service in the Hereford area. We are looking for a highly skilled and strong manager to take the reigns of this well run and consistent service that provide care to Adults with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have current Registered Manager experience working within a medium sized (7+ bed) Learning Disability or Challenging Behaviour service. You will need experience overseeing complex services as well as a backgroundinmanaging large staff teams consisting of Deputy Manager's, Team leader's and support workers.

Requirements (Essential)

  • BSc in Health and Social Care or NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Current Registered Manager experience within a medium sized Learning Disability and/or Challenging Behaviour service
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
  • Strong background of working with Learning Disabilities , Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour or Autism
  • Flexibility

Summary

My client is looking to pay £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
