Compass Associates are working in partnership with a leading provider of quality care services, whom of which operate across the UK, offering Residential and Supported Living services to young adults with varying levels of learning disabilities and mental health needs. Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a medium sized Supported Living service in the Sutton area of South West London. We are looking for a highly skilled and strong manager to take the reigns of this well run and consistent service that provides high quality care for young adults.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have worked in a Supported Living environment previously and have a positive, forward thinking and very approachable personality.

Requirements (Essential)

  • NVQ Level 4 / 5 in Health & Social Care or the equivalent qualification
  • Must have current Supported Living Managerial experience
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC
  • Strong background of working with Learning Disabilities , Complex Needs, Challenging Behaviour or Autism
  • Flexibility

My client is looking to pay £28,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
