Registered care manager with Children's residential experience needed for a home for young deaf learners.
Your new company
This national children's service provider has a number of sites across the South West catering to looked after children, children with social emotional and behavioural difficulties, mental health issues and complex needs. They are currently looking for level 5 qualified registered children's services manager for one of their residential deaf education sites.
Your new role
As registered manager you will be responsible for rotas, care plans, risk assessments and the general running of the residential site. you will manage a number of team leaders and support them in providing the highest quality care in a safe and secure environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Applicants that do not hold a Level 5 qualification must be able to provide evidence that they are working towards this qualification. Experience working deaf children is essential and applicants without relevant experience will not be considered for the position.
