A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to take the overall responsibility for the day to day operational running of an Assisted Living Development in Ilkley, West Yorkshire
This new development houses up to 60 apartments to offer independent living for older people ideally located for good transport links with easy access for local amenities
This position is seeking a Registered Manager who will be registered with the CQC therefore experience in a management role and working with this client group (Older People) is essential. Ideally which will have involved quality service delivery, facilities management and responsibility for managing a team.
We are seeking a candidate with strong leadership and organisation skills essential for this role as you will be working autonomously, a proven track record of previously managing an elderly service and successfully leading a team of staff as well as providing a high level of service.
QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent ESSENTIAL
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with older people at a senior level either as a Care Manager or Domiciliary Care Manager and live local to the role in order to be able to successfully undertake this role.
THIS POSITION WILL INVOLVE WEEKEND WORK
Salary £30,500 including benefits alongside a company Pension, attractive holiday allowance and career progression.
