Introduction:

Compass Associates are working exclusively with a nationwide provider of residential & supported living services to adults (Aged 18-65 years old) with Learning Disabilities, ASD and Behavioural Difficulties, with a remit to recruit for a Registered Manager to oversee a brand new residential service in the Bury St. Edmund's, Suffolk area.

Overview:

This really is an exciting position for an experienced Registered Manager to obtain the opportunity in running the set up of a brand new adults residential service. My client are looking for a experienced manager that can really get this service off and running and build a long standing team that are committed, and dedicated in providing the best quality of residential care. This adults residential service will provide specialist care and support to those aged between 18-65 years old with complex needs ranging from; mild to severe Learning Disabilities, ASD and Behaviour Difficulties.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have managed a residential service for adults aged between 18-65 years old, and will have an extensive/background in working with adults that have complex needs such as; mild to severe Learning Disabilities, ASD and Behaviour Difficulties.

Requirements (Essential)

+ Experience in managing an adults Learning Disability and/or ASD service

+ Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different strategies

+ Excellent knowledge of CQC

+ Self motivated and passionate individual

Summary

My client is looking to offer a salary of £28,400 p/a + £3,600 Car Allowance
