Registered Homecare/Branch Manager

Are you a Quality Focussed, business minded Registered Homecare/Branch Manager in the Lincoln area of Lincolnshire, or a Care Coordinator or Deputy Manager more than ready for the next step in your career. Can you drive a Homecare branch in terms of growth, development and quality of care. You will know what it takes to make this business a success! This job is commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Worksop, Gainsborough and Grantham.

You will be hungry for a challenge with a company that will value you. You will have the customers’ needs at the heart of what you do, and you will lead your team to deliver only the best care.

· You have a proven track record of delivering excellent Homecare services
· You hold a recognised Management Qualification e.g. QCF Level 5 or equivalent…. or be already working towards this
· You want to be rewarded and recognised for your achievements!
