Registered Home Manager
Medicall Recruitment are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s leading National Care Providers. We are looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to join a medium service in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a fully compliant service that provides a high standard of nursing and residential care to elderly residents and also supports individuals with dementia.
The Registered Manager needs to have unparalleled kindness, influential leadership and a want to deliver the best possible care. You will need to be passionate about the care you provide and ensure the residents are also stimulated and cherished.
This is a full-time position and the salary for this role is at the rate of £35,000 per annum
PERSON SPECIFICATION - Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum of a Level 4 NVQ Leadership and Management
- Hold an NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) certificate
- Registered Nurse
- You have experience working in the health care sector
- You are driven, motivated and believe in the quality of care
- Have strong management qualities whilst adopting a flexible approach to the role
- Salary of £35,000 per annum
- Continuous professional and personal development

- Regional management support
