RGN vacancies at our clients 66-bed specialist nursing and dementia care home in Colchester
Registered General Nurses , General Nurses, RMNs or RNLDs considered, however they must have some general nursing experience as well as preferably dementia experience
3 rates of pay dependent upon experience:as follows :
£14.50/hour for newly qualified or overseas Nurse with minimal length of NMC registration.
£15.50/hour for More than 1 years relevant experience (including Dementia) and performing satisfactorily.
£16.00/hour for More than 2 years relevant experience or additional Nursing skills / qualifications and performing consistently well.
The Registered General Nurse will get the following package
£500 retention bonus to be paid upon successful completion of probation period (6 months)
Option to be contracted to work either days or nights:
36hrs (based on a 3/3 day week, 12 hour shifts) or
42hrs per week (based on a 4/3 day week, 12 hour shifts)
Part time hours will be considered - with the possibility of half shifts e.g. 6 ¾ hours per day in multiples agreed by the Nursing Home manager
Opportunity to pick up additional shifts on our bank
Allocated training fund of £500 per nurse to support their CPD
Clinical supervision facilitated by a Senior Lecturer from Anglia Ruskin University
Professional development Forum run quarterly by Outlook Care's senior nurse
Sick pay up to 3 months full and 3 months half
Annual leave 25 rising to 30 days plus bank holidays
