Registered General Nurse

Newcross are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with at least 6 month's post qualification experience to work with our clients in Dundee and the surrounding local areas.

You'll become a permanent member of our healthcare team, working in local nursing establishments to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of every individual you care for.

It is essential that you are dedicated to promoting the well-being and quality of life of each individual you care for. This means recognising the capabilities of each person, championing their needs and seeing them as more than a care plan.

Due to rural client locations and shift times, public transport is not always readily available, therefore access to your own vehicle is desirable.

The Nurse Role

We have a variety of full and part time hours on offer around the Dundee area, through our local branch.

You'll need excellent clinical skills, the confidence to work with a variety of clients and complete medication rounds accurately, plus outstanding record keeping abilities.

You'll become a permanent member of our healthcare team, working in local nursing establishments to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of every individual you care for.

We have a range of flexible shifts available ranging from weekdays and nights to evenings and weekends.

  • Current valid NMC registration
  • At least 6 months' post-registration experience in a nurse job
  • The right to live and work in the UK
  • At least 2 referee contact details, one from your current employer and one from your current or previous place of work commenting on your clinical ability. You must also provide referee contact details for all other employments in the past 18 months or for your 3 most recent jobs.

We are especially interested to hear from nurses who are able to commit to provide exceptional care to our clients on a full time basis, however part time roles are also available.
