£30,837 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Located on the outskirts of Cheltenham and a short drive from neighbouring Gloucester and its majestic cathedral, Middleton House offers 49 one and two bedroom apartments for rent or shared ownership. Individual apartments coupled with extensive communal facilities encourage residents to get involved in activities both in Middleton House and the surrounding community.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Extra Care Manager to manage the delivery of care within a retirement living setting. Line managing a team of staff to deliver outstanding service to our residents is a primary focus in this role alongside ensuring quality standards are maintained at all times. Promoting the well being of all service users together with ensuring safety plans and other compliance monitoring will be at the forefront of your day. With exceptional communication skills you will be strong hands on leader, inspiring others along the way. Using your previous financial acumen gained in a similar environment you will focus on operating a successful business while always focussing on the service delivery to our residents.
