Excellent opportunity for a Registered Children's Manager in Swansea on a Permanent basis

Your new company

You will become part of an excellent organisation that are market leaders in providing residential care for children in Wales. With homes across the region, they are looking for an experienced manager to come in and oversee the running of a 4 bed EBD home. You will join a very supportive senior management team that will give you the freedom and authority to implement your own ideas.

Your new role

As the registered manager, you will ensure the home is run to an extremely high standard. This will include developing and nurturing your staffing team to ensure they are able to provide the highest level of care possible. You will essentially be the face of the home that oversee's the day to day running and ensuring every child is encouraged to lead an independent lifestyle.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the role, you will need;

  • QCF Level 5 Children & Young People Residential
  • Passionate
  • Dedicated
  • Experience of Residential Child Care
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance and health & safety
