Registered Children's Home Manager

Team support are currently looking for a Registered Children's Home manager to work in a temp-perm position in Berkshire.

The main duties include:

-Effective implementation of policies and procedures that come under child services and ensuring all staff are adhering to this

- Ensure any matters relating to child protection are in line with current legislations and standards with the best safeguarding practice

-Provide Leadership, coaching, mentoring of Asst Managers, and support workers

-Home Management

-Delivery of high quality care to young people and children.

- Care for Children

-Team Management

-Ensure the home is running safe and undertake any risk assessments

- Dealing with vulnerable children and young people, challenging behaviours.

The role is full time.
