I am currently working on behalf of an excellent client who is seeking a strong Registered Manager to run a newly opening service supporting children with EBD and challenging behaviour based in the Blackpool area.
As a company they have a great reputation and are becoming one of the most well-established care providers for Residential Care. They have homes all across the North West England with plans to expand further in the coming years!
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home in accordance with the Children's Homes regulations. In return they offer a competitive salary, as well as great support and progression paths for all managers.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in running a similar Children's Residential Home
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management - working or willing to work towards
- Working knowledge of all Children's regulations and OFSTED
- Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Experience in developing staff teams
