  • Manage with Precision: Budget expertly and allocate resources effectively to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Connect and Support: Build meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and fellow healthcare professionals—your network will strengthen our service commitment.
  • Be Our Backbone: Provide on-call support and jump in to cover shifts when necessary—you’re the leader we need!

Essential Qualifications:

  • Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent is a must.
  • Proven management experience within domiciliary care—you know the ins and outs of making a service tick!
  • Strong comprehension of care regulations and best practices—staying compliant is second nature to you.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle and live in or around St Helens.
  • An adaptable team player with the flexibility to cover shifts and provide on-call support.
