Registered Branch Manager - Domiciliary

Compass Associates are working in partnership with a leading provider of quality care services, whom of which operate across the UK, offering Residential, Domiciliary, End of Life and Extra Care services to children, young adults and the elderly. Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Domiciliary Branch Manager to oversee a medium sized branch within the Carmarthen area of South Wales. We are looking for a highly skilled and strong manager to take the reigns of these well run and consistent services that provide care to Elderly clients whose wish is to live as independently as possible.

Overview

You will be responsible for the direct line management/delivery and growth of this medium sized domiciliary Branch within the Carmarthen area of South Wales. A strategic buthands on Manager is required here, as you bring continued stability to the branch as well as being heavily involved in the growth and development strategy and managing relationships with external stakeholders, CCG's and Local Authorities.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 4 / NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Extensive experience working within the Domiciliary and/or Extra Care sector
  • Current Registered Manager experience
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
  • Strong background of working with clients who have Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and/or Dementia
  • Flexibility

Summary

My client are looking to pay between £25,000 - £28,000 p/a pending on experience.
