Registered Branch Manager -Abingdon

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly individual to manage an already existing business to lead a highly experienced team into growth in new areas, based in our Abingdon office.

The Position:
BCS is looking to appoint an outstanding experienced individual to join its existing and successful team based in Abingdon. The key function of this role is to oversee the team in the maintenance of existing domiciliary care provision business throughout Oxfordshire and promote supply of new workers to grow in other new temporary supply areas.

You will demonstrate a professional approach to your work and be capable of working in a team environment. Good communication skills both over the telephone and face to face are key to your success in this role along with commitment to your career and development. You will have experience in a Health and/or social care environment in a senior or management role and experience in business development and/or recruitment.
The Package:
The Manager position attracts a starting salary of £26,000 with negotiation for more experienced candidates, with added commission structure. Initially you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising annually up to 33 days inclusive of statutory holidays.
Hours of Work:
Your working week will consist of 42.5 hours with 1 hour’s lunch break each day.
