We're working with a leading name in logistics who are looking to appoint a Regional Transport Manager to oversee operations across the Midlands and North. Key Responsibilities

As Regional Transport Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple transport sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery operations. You'll lead and develop transport managers and planners, driving performance and maintaining exceptional service standards.

• Leading day-to-day transport operations across multiple depots
• Ensuring full compliance with O licence and transport legislation
• Managing driver performance, training, and engagement
• Delivering against key KPIs for cost, service, and safety
• Driving continuous improvement across fleet utilisation and routing
• Working closely with senior leadership to shape future transport strategy

Key Experiences

• Proven experience managing Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain multi-site transport operations
• Strong knowledge of transport compliance and driver legislation
• A CPC qualification (essential)
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery
