Covering the North region of Direct to Store, the regional trainer will deliver training in order to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their work in accordance with the standard operating procedures.Main responsibilities
Reporting to the Property & Network Support Manager, the successful role holder will plan and organise training in specific areas such as Health & Safety, Food Safety training and legal compliance. You will maintain all training records and skill matrices and carry out audits on documentation. You will also manage 3rd party training.
The role will predominantly be Monday to Friday however weekend work may be requested to meet the needs of the business.Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate must have:
- Nebosh certification
- Train the trainer
- Food Hygiene (Ideal)
- Experience in a trainer delivery role
- Willing to travel, overnight stays may also be required
- Ability to recognise and react to different learning styles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to act on feedback
- Track record of implementing recommendations
- Create training solutions that deliver added value
