About the opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Regional Senior Echocardiographer. You will be a key member of the national echocardiography department within a defined region, for both acute and community settings. You will undertake clinics within your defined region and support the business, not only in terms of clinical competence but also to fulfil our scheduling requirements to customers across the region. Rotating assignments across your region in support of meeting our contractual requirements.

What you will be doing

  • Supporting clinical services across your region
  • Clinical admin duties as required
  • Scanning across multiple sites regionally
  • Actively being part of new contract start ups
  • Auditing Echocardiography work across all sites (maximum 2 per month)

We believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have

  • BSc in Clinical Physiology (or equivalent)
  • BSE or EAVCVI Accreditation
  • Extensive experience of scanning and reporting independently
  • Band 7 or above
  • Good experience across various echocardiography systems, manufacturers, and workflows
