Cordant People has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our client based in the Stirling area. This role gives you the chance to work with a successful and growing business.

You will be travelling throughout the country therefore full access to a car and a full UK driving license is essential.

Your role will involve:

  • Developing relationships with businesses to generate new business
  • Manage relationships with existing business clientele to ensure service standard is met
  • Using initiative to identify sales opportunities and maintain the sales process from start to finish
  • Servicing existing clients. Out of hours phone on rotation will be required as an essential tool to provide high level of service throughout the process.

You will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be willing to help with all aspects of the business and be a team player to ensure the delivery of the company's service standard.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is self motivated and result driven with good people management skills.

OTE £35,000 with potential to increase based on additional business and individual growth. Realistic goals with action plan throughout the business.
