The Role: The successful Regional Sales Manager will be looking to develop new accounts amongst the manufacturing industry, as well as inheriting a portfolio of current customers. You will be talking to metallurgists, buyers and laboratory managers in sectors such as heat treatment, testing houses, aerospace and automotive OEMs. Full training in their European head office is on offer for the new regional sales manager here as well as ongoing sales career progression through the company.

The Company: This mid-market player has over four decades of manufacturing expertise behind them. With continued growth in this division they are now looking to recruit a new Regional Sales Manager to sell their range of metallography equipment which includes sectioning, mounting, polishing and testing equipment, as well as the associated consumables such as abrasives and polishing cloths.

For this Regional Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales skills
  • You will have sold a mechanical engineering product or service
  • Experience of selling into the manufacturing sector is essential
  • Any laboratory exposure is a bonus
