An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our clients for an exceptional Regional Sales Manager - Surface Preparation Equipment for Mass Finishing, Shot Blasting and Shot Peening to work across the North East, Yorkshire, East Midlands and Lincolnshire. This role is extremely important within the business and is very much a highly visible and key position within the company. The ideal candidate ideally will have experience of selling either Surface Preparation Equipment for Mass Finishing, Shot Blasting and Shot Peening, alternatively they will look at applicants with experience of selling Powder Coatings, Anodising or Electro Plating products. Failing that you will have strong experience of selling capital equipment or you will have an Engineering related background to work across the North East, Yorkshire, East Midlands and Lincolnshire.
As a Regional Sales Manager - Surface Preparation Equipment for Mass Finishing, Shot Blasting and Shot Peening, you will have full responsibilities for selling the company's product range into sectors including Aerospace, Medical, Automotive but also Structural Steel companies, the Electronic Components industry, the Plastic Injection Moulding marketplace and also the Whitegoods industry. You will also sell some of the product line into Foundries, Forgings Houses, Alloy Wheel Manufacturers and also the Fastener industry.
You will be responsible for the further development of the company's key accounts, whilst working to re-engage with other accounts but the main focus will be on hunting for new business with new clients and re-engaging clients who have become dormant. You will also have full responsibilities for your own set and defined sales target so working to targets is something you will need to have experience of.
You will be judged and measured on hitting financial targets, the volume of appointments you do and lastly committed use of the company's CRM System.
