A hugely reputable international vending company are looking for a highly motivated and passionate territory professional to be a part of a resourceful field sales team creating and building relationships within the commercial sector. An exciting period within the company has lead to the recruiting of a Regional Sales Manager, looking after a key territory from Milton Keynes down to North West London, who will be the face of the business when dealing with new and existing accounts.
An industry leader within vending who reach over 5 million consumers across 15 countries. They are a hugely reputable business operating worldwide and they boast exclusive high volume contracts with billion dollar blue-chip companies.
They are looking for entrepreneurial self-starters who want to forge a career within a sector giant who can offer such progression.
The Role: Regional Sales Manager - Vending
This is a crucial position with the business, ensuring the company has the man-power in the field so all their accounts can be allocated the time and personal service they need to drive sales and market share. You will have full knowledge of the 360 sales process and key techniques like cross- and up-selling, and will be confident with an equal split of account management and business development.
They will also be looking for you to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to convert accounts along the sales pipeline
- Great communication and a team mentality
- Self-motivation and the passion to grow personally and professionally
- Good commercial awareness and an interest in retail trends
- Ability to deliver against company objectives
