Regional Sales Manager

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Home Entertainment)
Salary: £35K + £10K + Car Allowance
Location: Midlands

Evolve Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to meet distribution and revenue targets within a clearly defined geographical area through developing existing accounts and broadening sales and distribution through new regional accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
·The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for formulating and agreeing Promotional, Product and Business Plans for customers whilst also representing the company in an enthusiastic yet professional manner at all times
·Achieving set monthly targets by individual product groups and monitoring and managing business area with accurate budgetary control, sales information and forecasting
·Attending and participating in monthly sales meetings, also attending trade shows and exhibitions when required
·Opening new accounts in line with company objectives and providing competitor information on a monthly basis
·Providing weekly reports to Field Sales Manager in Home Entertainment and providing clear and accurate monthly itinerary and sales progress reports to the company business will also be the responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager
·Undertaking all ad-hoc duties and responsibilities from company employees in a timely and professional manner achievable within the realms of legislation, competence and experience
·Key relationships internally will be: Sales Managers and Directors - Credit Control, Logistics, Sales Administration and Sales Coordination
Key Skills:
·GCSE Grades A-C
·Training to City and Guilds basic level or NVQ Level 2
·Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within consumer electrical with a solid track record of achieving sales targets and forecasts
·Understanding of both 'Internet' and 'Retail' trading businesses
·Experience delivering customer-focused solutions
·Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast-paced, dynamic environment as an energetic thinker with initiative
·Confident in challenging potential wisdom that is perceived and also challenging existing practice
·Able to start and finish to a high standard within set deadlines
·Able to make practical and realistic decisions within realms of their responsibility
·Be confident in comfortable generating operational solutions and ideas whilst implementing and delivering action plans
·Proven commercial acumen and able to achieve commercial objectives
·Experience with working within a performance management environment - Service Level Agreements and KPIs
·Able to develop quality, customer-focused targets and service
