up to £45,000 + uncapped commission + car allowance (OTE upwards of £100,000 pa)

An ambitious and driven Regional Sales Manager is required to join a highly successful sales team within this well established, privately owned funding house, headquartered in Staffordshire.

Working within one of the best known names in equipment and asset leasing in the UK, in a new business role with "owned account" management, this is a challenging and highly rewarding job in which you will be selling a range of finance and leasing packages to equipment manufacturers, vendors and distributors of business to business (B2B) equipment. You will be responsible for seeking out new business opportunities, engaging with the client by telephone and in person, identifying the business need and tailoring /presenting the finance products to close the deal. Whilst the role entails a high level of new business, you will also manage your own accounts, ensuring that client relationships remain strong and prime for additional business opportunities.

As a home-based role, it’s important that the Regional Sales Manager already has a number of years’ experience working in a business-to-business (B2B) financial services sales role, such as asset based lending, business loans and finance, commercial finance or equipment leasing. Key to success in this role is an inbuilt ability to forge long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with a broad ranging client base as well as an unending application of drive, focus and genuine desire for personal over-achievement.

A home based role, the Regional Sales Manager role will handle new and developing sales opportunities across the region, entailing regular travel to meet with customers on their own premises as well as attending regular meetings at the company's headquarters, situated just north of Birmingham

Remuneration is generous and will reflect the level of ability and experience the Regional Sales Manager will bring to the business; including a competitive basic salary (guide given above), a highly attractive, uncapped commission structure and company car allowance.
