A design, manufacture and installation company specialising in bespoke furniture solutions, the organisation serve a wide array of clients including the public sector (Education, Government, Police, Fire & Rescue, NHS), health & leisure clubs, golf & football clubs, hotels, retail and entertainment venue's across the UK. The company have been established for in excess of 50 years and continue to grow organically.
The role will be a hybrid position offering a true mix of Business Development and Account Management, the role will come with complete autonomy so previous experience of managing your own territory is essential.
A crucial element of the role will be to attend customers premises and carry out site surveys with the corresponding documentation supplied to the estimating department, you will also need to be competent with understanding detailed quotations.
The successful candidate will be required to have a consultative approach to selling alongside outstanding communication skills, you will need to develop good rapport both internally and externally alongside possessing strong business and commercial acumen.

The role will come with basic salary, fully expensed company car, pension and uncapped commission of 3% on all business written, the role will come with a target of £1m.
