We are currently working on an opportunity with a major financial institution who provide vehicle finance solutions to the independent and franchised dealership marketplace.

They are recruiting for a dynamic hands on Sales Manager to drive and manage a team of 6 high calibre field based Strategic Account Managers who are responsible and have the capability to manage existing clients as well as developing dormant accounts and generating new business within a defined territory across Yorkshire up to Newcastle.
You will have experience of managing a team of field based sales professionals, be a positive motivator, hands on management approach and be able to lead from the front. They are looking for someone who can add value to the team, drive development and progression while embedding processes to achieve the targets.
The ideal candidate needs to be positive, personable and be an excellent communicator with a track record of delivering excellent sales results without compromising on customer service.
Our client is looking for bright, enthusiastic, proactive sales manager professionals who can play a key role in developing the team, thinking outside the box and achieving sales.
Experience of the automotive industry or automotive finance is an advantage but by no means essential.
