Regional Sales Manager - Foodservice - Scotland

Do you have a proven track record in foodservice sales?
Have you successfully run sales teams to success?
Do you live in Scotland?

Territory is : Lanarkshire/Ayrshire/Glasgow/Gretna/ Stranraer/Argyll & Inner Hebrides.

Foodservice industry sales experience is ESSENTIAL
Experience managing field based sales teams is ESSENTIAL

The Role:

"The Field Sales Manager is the leader of the Sales Team, supporting the depot to achieve their sales targets"
As the leader of the sales team within your area, your goal is to meet and exceed targets through the training, motivation, development and control of the team.
Your performance will be in line with agreed company KPI's including sales, margin, items, margin per item and customer retention.
You will also be responsible for your own portfolio of key customers and will have knowledge of foodservice market and have excellent communication and presentation skills

The purpose of this role is to work closely with the depot sales teams with our customers to increase product awareness and above all increase sales

Requirements:

Proven track record with Foodservice accounts and Foodservice sales
Successful track record of winning new accounts and growing existing business,
Willing to travel and visit new customers to prospect and develop existing accounts
Full driving licence ESSENTIAL
