THE ROLE: As a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing the company's sales across your geographical territory. You will be tasked with managing a major distributor relationship as well as working with new business partners to increase the area turnover. The company has the ability to double its capacity of product in the area - as part of that they need your sales ability!

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Regional Sales Manager role you will need to be an experienced sales person with a demonstrable track record of success. You will be capable of managing a long, complex sales cycle covering multisite operations. Key to this role is being a strong relationship builder with the ability to resolve difficult situations.

They need a Regional Sales Manager who will excel in developing the business in this area.


  • Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
  • Bonus: £16,500

Location: The position of Regional Sales Manager covers Reading, Bracknell, Windsor, Maidenhead, Didcot, Oxford, Bicester, Aylesbury, St. Albans, Luton, Bletchley, Buckingham, Milton Keynes, Bedford and Biggleswade.
